Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices included for a successful quality check.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
